Arbetsbeskrivning
Som Mekanikkonstruktör hos MAFI får du en tjänst med utmanande och intressanta arbetsuppgifter. Du rapporterar till Utvecklingschefen och ingår i FoU-gruppen om 6 medarbetare. Din övergripande utmaning blir att driva utvecklingsprojekt internt,
mot underleverantörer och mot kundens FoU.

 

Kvalifikationer
Vi söker dig som har en akademisk utbildning, minst kandidat inom mekanik eller närliggande områden samt kunskaper och erfarenhet från tekniskt/mekaniskt konstruktionsarbete och vi ser gärna att du är van att arbeta enligt EN-1090 standard.

Att du har en hög mekanikförståelse ser vi som ett krav för att lyckas i rollen och det är meriterande med erfarenhet av formningssimuleringar och hållfasthetsberäkningar.

Dina engelskakunskaper är mycket goda i tal och skrift, framförallt teknisk engelska, övriga språk är meriterande.

Personliga egenskaper som vi värdesätter är din förmåga att agera självständigt. I rollen behöver du vara en social och lyhörd person med en stark drivkraft och ett analytiskt sinne. Du är positiv, strukturerad, noggrann, drivande och prestigelös.

Sales Manager MAFI UK

MAFI is divided into two business areas:MSSwhich works directly with telecom operators and vendors, andMISwhich works with telecom OEM’s. 

MAFI has expanded in a very fast pace the last years and the expansion is expected to continue with standardization and high-quality products as success factors. In order to further support existing customers as well as fuel the expansion in United Kingdom market, MAFI now seeks a Sales Manager. 

Responsibilities 

As a Sales Manager you will work with the products in a solution-oriented manner in both regulatory (specifiers) and direct sales to Distributors or directly to installation companies. You will also: 

  • Build strong relations with Key Stakeholders and increase sales towards the Telecom Operators and their Vendors in United Kingdom
  • Actively participate in global change network forums
  • Ensure adoption, workforce, sales business performance and other KPIs are tracked and adhered to.
  • Draw insights from detailed analysis to drive the right culture and behaviors.
  • Define & proactively drive KPIs and focus on new business opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth discussions with the stakeholders & analyze business environments, technical requirements, plans & issues
  • Create visibility to generate & manage leads to increase sales funnel size and quality
  • Develop & deliver presentations including solution roadmap, value argumentations & business cases towards senior stakeholders

 

Key Qualifications: 

  • As a Sales Manager you need to be able to understand technical contexts and be responsive to customer needs in the short and long term
  • Education: Bachelor/Master of Business Administration, Science or similar
  • 3+ years of business development/sales and operational excellence knowledge required in leadership and sales related positions
  • Preferably have experience working with sales towards larger companies in the telecoms industry, e.g. Mobile Operators, OEM, Construction companies, etc.
  • Clear interest in technology with the connection to sales and business
  • Relevant experience of delivery and project management towards large customers
  • Experience working in a direct customer-facing role with related pre-sales responsibilities is required
  • Excellent communication skills, team player-attitude and ability to build  trustworthy and lasting relationship with Customer Units and other internal organizations is necessary for this position
  • Problem solving & strategic thinking
  • Expert business understanding and strong business acumen
  • Familiar with Agile ways of working
  • UK Driving Licence

The Opportunity: 

The global team will support you by successfully driving key sales and commercial initiatives across various business and customer units in a collaborative manner. The ideal candidate for this role will lead the change in the region. The appointed person will be accountable for rolling out adoption strategies of working, process and enabling platforms (based on change impact analysis).  

Work Environment: 

  • The employee will be based from home somewhere in United Kingdom.
  • Ability to travel, as required
